About Gene Bicksler

I have 40 years of experience in the community association management business. In June of 2018, my wife and I moved to Eugene, Oregon from the San Francisco Bay Area to be closer to our daughter's family and to enjoy a slower pace of life.

I began my career in 1979 and, after five years in Eugene and Portland, relocated to California in 1984. The decades since have included a range of professional experience including: live-in, on-site property manager; Senior Vice President of a large portfolio management company; General Manager of a large-scale PUD (planned unit development); and owner of two management companies. Having worked with large corporations (Tishman Speyer, Lehman Brothers) and small, low-income properties alike, I'm now serving clients as an independent consultant, drawing on broad experience and specialized expertise.
