division may be best described as the business management end of a community association.
It is the art of pulling together and actively managing many small details. It
is also the division wherein the all important task of communication to the general
membership must fall. The
true test of a management company is their ability to organize and prepare for
the Board of Directors meeting. A manager must be able to dissect a problem into
its component parts, analyze the components, prepare options and present them
to the Directors in an easy to assimilate form so that a well informed decision
can be made. Board meetings that are crisp, organized, business-like, and to the
point, create a winning, environment that makes problem solving easier and encourages
the best individuals to participate on the board. The agenda should also be a
quick reference glimpse of the past period's activity. At
