Administrative
This division may be best described as the business management end of a community association. It is the art of pulling together and actively managing many small details. It is also the division wherein the all important task of communication to the general membership must fall.

The true test of a management company is their ability to organize and prepare for the Board of Directors meeting. A manager must be able to dissect a problem into its component parts, analyze the components, prepare options and present them to the Directors in an easy to assimilate form so that a well informed decision can be made. Board meetings that are crisp, organized, business-like, and to the point, create a winning, environment that makes problem solving easier and encourages the best individuals to participate on the board. The agenda should also be a quick reference glimpse of the past period's activity.
