Physical (On-Site Supervision)
The "historical" purpose of a community association was to maintain buildings and grounds, thereby preserving and increasing property values. Today, that important fact often gets lost or forgotten.

Effective property management must involve a "personal touch" which somehow must be brought to the property. Dominate areas of focus include preventive maintenance and contractor supervision.

Site management must be uniquely tailored to each specific property. A high-rise in the city requires a completely different approach than a sprawling multi-building property in the suburbs. Our significant past experience is diverse, from mixed-use multiple association communities to small, one building projects.
